Yesterday evening, a dear sister entered my room and asked about the next episode of Ayanfe. I looked at her and said,

‘There is no episode 10.’

She literally froze at the entrance for some seconds. Today, while I thought about our conversation, I wondered the reaction of tons of my readers when they find out that Episode 10 would not be published today.

‘How can you leave us hanging like that?’

‘How could you do this to us?’

Believe me, it was not my intention to break your heart this way… I take responsibility for this. Maybe I should have figured out in very clear terms the immensity of the plot twists that would later creep up in the story, maybe I should have been more deliberate. I know….

This is it. Ayanfe will still be completed but this time it will be published as a book. As a result of some unforeseen circumstances that showed up lately, I was tempted to cut the process and find a way to wrap the story up but those characters-Ibidun and Philip- kept fighting for permission to let their full story play out.

Ayanfe will be published in 2022. I’m diligently working towards ensuring that by the first week of February, the book will be ready. I know that just the way you were great ambassadors for the Diary of a Nigerian Christian Girl 1, you’d do same for Ayanfe.

Be patient with me, will you? By the time we get this book out, it’s going to be a well knitted story of the Father’s love towards his children.

The blog will still run till the end of the year. I hope to share articles that will strengthen your walk with God and drive greater productivity in your life.

Would you make do with my short stories till Ayanfe gets published? Weekly, I share stories on my facebook page @ Ife Grace. You can follow the page for inspiring and uplifting stories. You should check out my telegram channel too. Right there, you’ll find updates on different blog posts and my other expressions.

This Friday on the blog, I’ll be sharing something huge on how to get equipped for your divine assignment. It’s time to serve your uniqueness and fan your graces to flames…

Thank you for your patience and understanding. I love you fam!
